We always recommend hiring a professional to finish the job. If uncertain, please contact us for recommendations or to request a staff member hang your framed piece - an additional charge to the customer.
Hang Art - things to consider!

The middle of the artwork should hang at eye level about 1.5m from the floor. A collection of photographs or artworks should be thought of as "a whole" and centred accordingly, with appropriate space in between.

We have provided you with 2 plaster hooks suited to your frame. Divide the width of your frame into thirds and hang one hook at each intersecting point.

RECOMMENDED FOR HEAVY PIECES - Pre-drill the plasterboard and timber with a 3.5mm bit and use a 10G × 50mm screw, leaving it protruding 5mm.

Use a hammer action to pre-drill the hole with a 5mm masonary bit then install a 14G × 55mm masonary screw using a drilling action.

We never recommend this as a suitable option, no matter how heavy the piece! We will not guarantee the glass or cover any damages on framed pieces hung using Command “damage-free” hooks (or any other similar brands)!

Clean the glass just like you would your favourite pair of glasses - gently with a clean microfibre cloth!
Step by Step Instructions.

Hold the artwork at desired height. Mark wall at the top.

Hang picture on both hooks and slide along the wire to balance piece.

Place spirit level on top of the frame to ensure it is hanging straight.
